1. The Municipality of San Jose, using a single year Framework Agreement through the HNPS Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thirty Five Thousand One Hundred Seventy Five Pesos Only (Php 135,175.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Provision of Meals and Snacks for various Mass Engagement and Staff Meeting of Municipal Health Office (Lot 1) through Framework Agreement / sjom-goods-0010-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of San Jose now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods shall be in accordance with Section VI - Schedule of Requirement after issuance of a Call-Off or any date determined by the Procuring Entity (...
