1. The Municipality of San Jose, using a single year Framework Agreement through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 600,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Provision of Meals and Snacks for Various Events and Programs of the Mayor-s Office (lot 1) through Framework Agreement / sjom-goods-0021-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
