TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The contract is valid from April to December 2025 or until the total contract price is consumed, whichever comes first.
In the event that the Procuring Entity identifies the supplier is not performing satisfactorily, or the service is no longer needed, the PE maintains the right to terminate/end the said contract.
The supplier must be flexible with the dietary requirements of the End-User.
The supplier shall ensure the quality and freshness of the food to be served.
The supplier shall observe and maintain proper hygiene and sanitation at all times.
