Description : Provision of Meals and Snacks for different Meetings, Activities and Trainings

Terms and Conditions:
1. Winning provider will be informed of the number of pax to be delivered at least three (3) calendar days before the conduct of the activity.
2. Food shall be delivered to the location where the specific activity is being conducted (within Hernani) at no cost to the LGU.
3. Food to be delivered shall be individually packed inclusive of utensils at the specified time: AM Snacks (9am), Lunch (11:45noon), Pm Snacks (2:45pm) and Dinner (6:30pm).
4. Quantity of the snacks/meals to be provided is dependent on the number of participants per activity. Charges to the bid amount contracted shall be deducted per number of pax delivered.
5. An initial billing statement shall be issued for every delivered food provision together with the Delivery receipt.
6. Cash-On-Delivery is not allowed.
7. Price quoted must be inclusive of all charges acceptable by law.
8. Prices validity shall be for the period until the completion of the contract.
