event date
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Supplier must be from within the PROVINCE OF LAGUNA
Supplier must be PhilGEPS registered
Supplier must be amenable to rescheduling with due notice of at least seven (7) days
prior to the original schedule or in case of FORCE MAJEURE
PAYMENT:
Prices must be inclusive of taxes, insurance and other charges
