Provision of Manpower for Custodial Services / Other General Services 2025 at PNOC Industrial Park

Invitation to Bid No. 2025-01-027

1. Philippine National Oil Company (PNOC), through the 2025 National Expenditure Program, intends to apply the sum Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand One Hundred Sixteen Pesos and 74/100 (Php 2,999,116.74) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Provision of Manpower for Custodial Services / Other General Services 2025 at PNOC Industrial Park with identification number 2025-01-027. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PNOC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Goods and Services and the completion of the project is required within Nine (9) months (March 01 to November 30, 2025). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project.
