  INVITATION TO BID FOR
  
  
  PROVISION OF LEARNING MATERIALS, SCHOOL SUPPLIES, TSHIRT UNIFORM AND BAGS FOR DAY CARE CHILDREN
  
  1. The Municipal Government of Hinabangan, through the General Fund - Early Child Care Development Program (ECCD) - 5% GAD Fund CY 2026 and General Fund- Special Purpose 1% LCPC Fund CY 2026 as per Appropriation Ordinance No. 06 Series of 2025 intends to apply the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY NINE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED TWENTY FOUR PESOS ONLY (PhP839,624.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROVISION OF LEARNING MATERIALS, SCHOOL SUPPLIES, TSHIRT UNIFORM AND BAGS FOR DAY CARE CHILDREN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The Municipal Government of Hinabangan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project which includes the following to wit;
