BAC-IB NO.: 2025-B-211
1) The RESEARCH INSTITUTE FOR TROPICAL MEDICINE, through the GAA intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P1,980,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROVISION OF LAUNDRY SERVICES FOR CY 2026 UNDER BAC-IB NO.: 2025-B-211. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The RESEARCH INSTITUTE FOR TROPICAL MEDICINE now invites bids for PROVISION OF LAUNDRY SERVICES FOR CY 2026 UNDER BAC-IB NO.: 2025-B-211. DELIVERY OF THE GOODS IS REQUIRED/CONTRACT DURATION IS JANUARY 2026-DECEMBER 2026. Bidders should have completed, at least 10 YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
