PROVISION OF LAUNDRY SERVICES FOR CY 2025 (RE-BID)
BAC-IB No.: 2025-B-01
1.The Research Institute for Tropical Medicine (RITM), through authorized use of funds under GAA, intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION SIX HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P1,620,000.00) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Project: PROVISION OF LAUNDRY SERVICES FOR CY 2025 (RE-BID) with reference no.: BAC-IB no.: 2025-B-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The RITM-BAC now invites bids for the above-mentioned Procurement Projects. Delivery of the Goods shall be based on Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) indicated in the Philippine Bidding Documents (PBD). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).
