  Enhancing Practical Learning in Renewable and Thermal Energy Through Modern Photovoltaic and Steam Engine Laboratory Systems - CBSUA Sipocot Campus (G-26-01)
  
  1) The Central Bicol State University of Agriculture, through the Special Project Fund (CHED - Institutional Development and Innovation Grant) intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Pesos (₱ 15,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Provision of Laboratory Equipment for IDIG Project: Enhancing Practical Learning in Renewable and Thermal Energy Through Modern Photovoltaic and Steam Engine Laboratory Systems - CBSUA Sipocot Campus (G-26-01). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
