Description : TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The Project shall be awarded per lot having several items.
2. Quoted Unit Price must be within the ABC per item.
3. Quotations received exceeding each total cost per item and/or the total Approved Budget for the Contract shall be rejected.
4. Unit and Total Prices shall be rounded off up to two (2) decimal places.
5. Prices and specifications for the quotation should be valid for Forty-Five (45) days.
6. DELIVERY PERIOD: within Thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of the Purchase/Job Order.
7. The price/s quoted must include all kinds of taxes and other charges.
8. Quotation/s may be submitted through electronic mail at bac.pili@cbsua.edu.ph

9. Late Quotation/s will not be accepted. For quotations submitted via electronic mail, the date and time of receipt indicated in the e-mail shall be considered.
10. Award of contract shall be made to the bidder/supplier with TOTAL LOWEST RESPONSIVE QUOTATION that complies with all the requirements hereof.
