The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office 1 (DA-RFO 1), through the GAA FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Four Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Eight-One Pesos and Forty-Eight Centavos (PhP6,435,081.48) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the PROVISION OF LABOR, MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT RENTAL AND OTHER INCIDENTALS NEEDED FOR THE INSTALLATION OF SAN ANTONIO SOLAR-POWERED IRRIGATION SYSTEM (SPIS) IN BRGY. SAN ANTONIO, ARINGAY, LA UNION with project identification number DA RFO-1-2025-INFRA-031. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
