1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office 1 (DA-RFO 1), through the National Expenditure Program FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Ninety-Six Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-Nine Pesos and Ninety-Two Centavos (PhP2,396,789.92) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the PROVISION OF LABOR, MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT RENTAL AND OTHER INCIDENTALS NEEDED FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF SMART GREENHOUSE WITH AUTOMATED IRRIGATION SYSTEM UNDER NUPAP IN INREC, BATAC CITY, ILOCOS NORTE with project identification number DA RFO-1-2026-INFRA-013. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
