1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office 1 (DA-RFO 1), through the National Expenditure Program FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Seven Hundred Ten Thousand One Hundred Thirty-One Pesos and Eighty-Five Centavos (PhP19,710,131.85) with project identification number DA-RFO 1-2026-INFRA-002 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot, to wit:
