Description : 1. The Barangay Council of Buenasuerte, Nabas, Aklan from the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Four Pesos (PHP 499,944), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Provision of Labor and supplies of materials for the Improvement of Barangay Road. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Council of Buenasuerte, Nabas, Aklan now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Provision of Labor and supplies of materials for the Improvement of Barangay Road. Completion of the supply of goods is required within one (1) month from start of Contract. Bidders should have successful experience as supplier of goods in at least one (1) contract of a nature equivalent to the procurement in the last two (2) years with single contract cited to be at least fifty percent (50%) of value of estimated contract cost of the procurement under Bid and have an annual turnover from all supply contracts averaged over the last two (2) years equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the value of bid under consideratio...
