Description : The Bicol University, through the Corporate Budgets for the contract approved by the Board of Regents intends to apply the sum of: Four Hundred Thousand and 00/100 Pesos Only (Php400,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract: Provision of Labor and Materials for the Repair of Roofing at BUIPESR Main Building;
The Bicol University now requests quotation from supplier for the Provision of Labor and Materials for the Repair of Roofing at BUIPESR Main Building;
Procurement will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement, an alternative method of procurement specified and prescribed under Rule XVI - Alternative Modes of Procurement, Section 53.9 - Negotiated Procurement (Small Value Procurement), of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the 2016 Revised Republic Act. No. 9184, otherwise known as Government Procurement Reform Act.
Supplier shall submit quotation on or before August 18, 2025, 12:00NN to the Bicol University Cluster 1 BAC Secretariat, Daraga, Albay.
