1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office 1 (DA-RFO 1), through the GAA FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-Six Pesos (PhP3,999,666.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the PROVISION OF LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF ONE (1) LOT THREE (3) PHASE LINE CONVERSION AND EXTENSION OF POWER SUPPLY IN PREC SUAL INCUBATION HUB with project identification number DA-RFO-1-2025-GOODS-049. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
