  Description : 1) The Department of Health Bicol Center for Health Development (DOH Bicol CHD),
  through the General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Three Million
  Three Hundred Thirty-Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Seventeen Pesos and
  Ninety-Two Centavos Only (Php 3,337,717.92) being the Approved Budget for the
  Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Provision of Janitorial Services for
  the period March 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026 under IB No. 26-03 (Rebid). Bids
  received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2) The DOH Bicol CHD now invites bids for Provision of Janitorial Services for the period
  March 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026 under IB No. 26-03 (Rebid). Delivery of the Goods
  is required on the expected delivery date stated in Section VI, Schedule of
  Requirements. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of
  submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an
