(EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY)

1) The COMMISSION ON AUDIT RO VII, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Thirty-Four Thousand, One Hundred Eighty Pesos and 96/100 (₱3,534,180.96) for Lot I, and Six Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Three Hundred Forty-One Pesos and 56/100 (₱695,341.56) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The quick details of the lots are as follows:
