Description : APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT

The total cost chargeable against the Special Account in the General Fund - Free Public Internet Access Program in payment for the project is Three Million Eight Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Two Hundred Ninety One Pesos and 69/100 (Php 3,875,291.69).

Taxes & Other Fees - all proposals shall be inclusive of all taxes, installation charges, incidental expenses, notarial fees, radio license fees, and all other fees and one-time costs necessary for the implementation of the project.
PROJECT DURATION

The contract duration comprises delivery days and acceptance, service delivery, operations, and maintenance.
The delivery of the service and acceptance at all locations in a contracted lot must be completed within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
Service coverage, meanwhile, shall include SLA and warranty for Twelve (12) months or until December 31, 2026, whichever may come first.
