Provision of Internet Connectivity Services (PICS) in Municipalities-PROVINCE OF ABRA, CORDILLERA ADMINISTRATIVE REGION (CAR)

1. The Department of Information Communications and Technology-CAR, through the GAA 2025 - SARO 2025-04-0517 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Three Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Three Hundred Forty-One Pesos and Forty-Four Centavos (Php 6,375,341.44) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Provision of Internet Connectivity Services (PICS) in Municipalities - PROVINCE OF ABRA, CORDILLERA ADMINISTRATIVE REGION (CAR) /DICT-CAR-2025-05-089. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Information Communications and Technology-CAR now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required sixty (60) calendar days after the receipt of Notice To Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project....
