Description : Section 6 of the TOR. APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT
6.1. The total cost chargeable against the Special Account in the General Fund - Free
Public Internet Access Program in payment for the project is ONE MILLION NINE
HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (₱1,935,000.00).
6.2. Taxes & Other Fees - all proposals shall be inclusive of all taxes,
-from the TOR

Section 7 of the TOR.PROJECT DURATION
7.1. The contract duration comprises delivery days and acceptance, and service delivery
and operation.
7.2. The delivery of the service and acceptance at all locations in a contracted lot must be
completed within thirty (30) calendar days from the receipt of Notice of Award.
7.3. Service coverage, meanwhile, shall include SLA and warranty for twelve (12) months.
