Description : 1.The Department of Information and Communications Technology - Region III, through the
Automatic Appropriations - Free Public Internet Access Program Fund Automatic
Appropriations - Free Public Internet Access Program Fund under Sub-ARO No. 2025-04-0523,
intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FOUR HUNDRED TWO THOUSAND FOUR
HUNDRED EIGHTY-FOUR PESOS (Php 2,402,484.00) being the ABC to payments under the
contract for the PROVISION OF INTERNET CONNECTIVITY SERVICES IN
MUNICIPALITIES - PHASE 1 IN THE PROVINCES OF AURORA AND BULACAN
UNDER REGION III with Bid Reference No. BAC-2025-003 (Rebid). Bids received in excess
of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. DICT Region 3 is now inviting bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Service
is required within Forty-five (45) Calendar Days upon the receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt
