The Department of Information and Communications Technology - Region XII (SOCCSKSARGEN and LAMA), through the Special Account in the General Fund - Free Public Internet Access Program intends to apply the sum of Three Million Seven Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand and Fifty Pesos (Php3,733,050.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROVISION OF INTERNET CONNECTIVITY SERVICE IN GEOGRAPHICALLY ISOLATED AND DISADVANTAGED AREAS FOR REGION XII AND BARMM (LANAO DEL SUR, MAGUINDANAO DEL NORTE, MAGUINDANAO DEL SUR, AND SPECIAL GEOGRAPHIC AREA). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
