Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROVISION OF INTERNET ACCESS VIA LOW EARTH ORBIT SATELLITES IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS (PIALEOS PS) UNDER REGION 3

1. The Department of Information and Communications Technology - Region III, through the Automatic Appropriations - Free Public Internet Access Program Fund under Savings of sixtySub-Aro No. 2025-04-0483, intends to apply the sum of TWELVE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY-ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY-NINE PESOS AND 16/100 (₱12,521,759.16) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Provision of Internet Access via Low Earth Orbit Satellites in Public Schools (PIALEOS PS) under Region 3 with Bid Reference No. BAC-2025-015. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. DICT is now inviting bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Sixty (60) Calendar Days upon the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
