INVITATION TO BID
Provision for Institutional Tokens for Innovation Staff Activities
1. The National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA), through the FY 2025
General Appropriations Act (GAA), intends to apply the sum of One Million Four
Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand One Hundred Sixty-Six Pesos and 67/100
(PhP1,488,166.67), inclusive of all government taxes and charges, being the Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Provision for
Institutional Tokens for Innovation Staff Activities. Bids received in excess of the
ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The NEDA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods
is required as stated in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements of the Bidding
Documents). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project within
the last ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids. The description
of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II
(Instructions to Bidders).
