TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Any quotation/bid amount submitted exceeding the ABC in this LOT shall automatically be rejected. This is VAT inclusive. Refusal to accept the award may be grounds for imposition of administrative sanction under Rule XXIII of the Revised IRR of RA 9184.
2. The winning bidder must adhere to the safety and standards required of the items and shall deliver to the specified delivery.
3. All Bids must be accompanied by the Documentary Requirements (i.e. Mayor-s/ Business Permit, PhilGEPS Certificate).
4. Bids/RFQ must be submitted in a sealed envelope and be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the address below on or before 09:00 am on November 24, 2025.
