Description : 1. The DOH - Sulu Sanitarium, through the GAA / Current Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Forty-four Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-seven Pesos and 82/100 only (PhP. 2,144,827.82) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PROVISION OF HOSPITAL UTILITY AND JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR FY 2025 / ITB NO. SSGHPB-2025-07-009-US. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DOH - Sulu Sanitarium and General Hospital now invites bids for the abovementioned procurement project. Deployment of Hospital Utility workers is required within 10 calendar days upon receipt of notice from the Procuring Entity. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
