1) The Jose Rizal Memorial State University-Main Campus, through the General
Appropriations Act (GAA) F.Y. 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Million, Nine
Hundred Fifty Thousand, Four Hundred Ninety-Five Pesos and 5/100 Only
(₱4,950,495.05) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under
the contract for Provision of Higher Education Services-Buildings (Improvement
/Renovation of JRMSU Main Campus Gymnasium) (Rebid). Bids received in excess
of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Jose Rizal Memorial State University-Main Campus now invites bids for
Provision of Higher Education Services-Buildings (Improvement/Renovation of
JRMSU Main Campus Gymnasium) (Rebid). Completion of the Works is required
