The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA)], through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) - FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (Php2,000,000.00) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Provision of High-Speed Satellite Internet Services with VPN Connection Security, with Services up to 5 Mbps Downlink and 15 Mbps Uplink for Busuanga Doppler Weather Radar Station - Re bid, IB No. 2026-15 R (PR 2025-10-0679 EPA). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
