Description : Invitation to Bid for the Provision of High Mast Light Towers with LED Flood Lights at Pier 4 and Pier 2, Cebu Baseport

1. The Cebu Port Authority, through the 2025 CPA Corporate Budget, intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Seven Hundred Eighteen Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-Eight Pesos and 19/100 only (PhP 11,718,768.19) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Provision of High Mast Light Towers with LED Flood Lights at Pier 4 and Pier 2, Cebu Baseport “with CPA Project ID No. 2025-15-IN (CO). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Cebu Port Authority now invites bids for the above Procurement Project with the work items given below. Completion of the Works is required within 140 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
