1. Provide reagents compatible to our Hematology Analyzer in the laboratory (DYMIND DF55)
2. To have technical or maintenance personnel based in South Cotabato and must respond within 24 hours during regular days and holidays
3. Conduct regular/periodic equipment preventive maintenance as recommended of its maintenance program at its own expense
4. Shall train the designated operators of the analyzer on-site until the operators can handle the analyzer confidently
