1. The CENTRAL BICOL STATE UNIVERSITY OF AGRICULTURE (CBSUA) - SIPOCOT, through the Use of Income (Fund 164) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Forty-Four Thousand Thirty-Six and 90/100 Pesos (Php.2,244,036.90) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Provision of Hardware Materials for the Construction of Motorpool (GOODS-2025-10-045). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
