SCOPE OF SERVICES

GENERAL
1. The Consultant shall be responsible for conducting all required subsurface soil exploration works in relation to the stated project.
2. Upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP), the Consultant shall coordinate with DENR-CENRO Calaca City, Batangas, particularly with respect to activities at the designated project site.
3. Upon completion of the subsurface exploration activities, the Consultant shall submit a comprehensive final report containing all geotechnical and geological findings to DENR-CENRO Calaca City, Batangas, in both printed and electronic formats.
