Provision of Fuel for Service Vehicles
of the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA)
1. The Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA), through the 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Fifty-Six Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Pesos (PhP2,856,780.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Provision of Fuel for Service Vehicles of the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) with Invitation to Bid No. 2025-02-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The ARTA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required as stated in the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
