Scope of Service:
1. The fleet card service provider shall provide the fuel and lubricants of DSWD FO XI vehicles, using fleet card technology;
2. It must ensure that the fleet card technology is protected from duplication or hacking;
3. The fleet card service provider must have a wide service station network region wide, with affiliated branches available twenty-four (24) hours a day to dispose the fuel, lubricants, and other services requirement;
4. The fleet card service provider shall provide each DSWD FO XI vehicle specific fleet card to contain the following details;
