Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PROVISION OF FUEL FOR AMBULANCE, SERVICE VEHICLE, AND GENERATOR SET FOR THE LA PAZ MEDICARE AND COMMUNITY HOSPITAL

1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac, through General Fund, intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Provision of Fuel for Ambulance, Service Vehicle, and Generator Set for the La Paz Medicare and Community Hospital / B-G-2025-027-H. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required ninety (90) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
