  The Department of Information and Communications Technology - Region XII (SOCCSKSARGEN and LAMA), through the Special Account in the General Fund - Free Public Internet Access Program intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php22,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROVISION OF FREE INTERNET ACCESS IN PUBLIC SPACES (PFIAPS) FOR THE 2ND DISTRICT OF SOUTH COTABATO, REGION XII. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
