The Department of Information and Communications Technology - Regional Office 1, through theSpecial Account in the General Fund - Free Public Internet Access Program intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Seventy Nine Thousand One Hundred Ninety Eight and 32/ 100 (Php12,079,198.32) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Provision of Free Internet Access in Public Spaces.
