1. PhilHealth Regional Office IX, through the Corporate Operating Budget for CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION THREE HUNDRED SIXTY-TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY(Php 2,362,500.00) for the period of nine (9) months, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Provision of Fourteen (14) Janitors for PRO IX Regional Office IX and Local Health Insurance Offices in Zamboanga City, Pagadian City, Dipolog City and Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay with IB No. PRO IX 2024-016 (Janitorial Services). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
