The Local Government Unit of La Paz, Leyte, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), will undertake a Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement (Sec.53.9 IRR RA 9184) under Purchase Request No. 25-0243 with an Approved Budget for the Contract amounting to Ninety-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty Pesos (Php 99,720.00) only.

In accordance with the above provision the canvass forms can be obtained from the BAC Secretariat, Old La Paz Town Hall, LGU - La Paz, Leyte, starting August 1, 2025, from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
