*Fullboard includes 3 meals and 2 snacks (AM/PM) and overnight accommodation
*Lodging with a maximum of three (3) persons in a room with individual beds (no twin sharing)
*With warm water and daily supply of toiletries and dental kit
*The venue must be located in the city proper, with the convention hall and hotel rooms within the
same building.
