DA8-Goods-2026-11 (ID No. BT-26-SERVICES-SAAD-21-0001)

1. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, through the SAAD - 2026 CURRENT FUND intends to apply the sum of Two Million Six Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand Pesos Only (P2,688,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Provision of food packs good for 2,240 participants during the conduct of SAAD FY 2026 Agri-Entrepreneurship: Establishing and Sustaining a Profitable Farm Enterprise Training”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, undertakes the bidding of this procurement project as “short-of-award.” Hence, the Notice of Award to the winning bidder shall be issued after enactment by the Congress of the General Appropriation Act (GAA) for 2026.
