• Proposed menu must be submitted together with the quotation
• Banquet set-up, skirted tables, chairs good for 130 pax, and basic backdrop and decoration arrangement at the function room
• Provide plates, glasses, spoons, forks, and other cutlery to be used during meals
• Provide adequate staff to set up food, utensils, banquet table, and chairs, and at least two (2) uniformed waiters to assist in the distribution of food during the activity
• Provide table napkin and tissue
• Ensure proper cleanup of garbage after the activity
• Must have a sanitary and health permit/clearance
• Must have a food tasting for selection of foods and drinks for quality checking
