30 pax Day 1-3: Full board (first quarter)
30 pax Day 1-3: 1 meal and 2 snacks ( for Field - second quarter)
Specifications:
* Function and Hotel Room should be in one (1) building
* Location must be in the City proper vicinity.
* Fullboard includes 3 meals and 2 snacks (AM/PM) and overnight accommodation.
* Lodging should have maximum of three (3) persons in a room with individual bed (no twin sharing)
* With sufficient water supply for the faucet and provide daily toiletries and dental kit.
* Meals (Stricly NO Pork in all food to be served)
* Breakfast: 2 viands with fruits and coffee/choco/tea
