Meals: 3 main course, soup, veggie, rice, dessert and drinks
Snacks: pastry, kakanin, pasta, pancit paired
with one drink
Drink: prefer natural fruit juices whenever available 'and limit the serving soda
with free flowing coffee, tea or milo during the entire duration of the activity
