PROVISION OF FOOD, ACCOMMODATION AND HALL RENTAL FOR THE CONDUCT OF NATIONAL VALIDATION OF CULTURAL STANDARD (PART 1) (LOT 3)

1. The Schools Division Office of Apayao, through the FY 2024 IPED Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Fifty Three Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy Pesos Only (Php453,770.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Provision of Food, Accommodation and Hall Rental for the Conduct of the National validation Cultural Standard (Part 1) lot 3 .Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Schools Division Office of Apayao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 20 calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
