Description : The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Leyte Provincial Office, through the (BAC/Supply Unit/FASU) ,intends "Provision of Food for 2025 World Café of Opportunities (WCO) for TESDA Leyte Provincial Office use", which will be undertaken in which will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.9 Small Value Procurement of the 2016 Revised to procure Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
