PR No. 2025-002

1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Mines and Geosciences Bureau Regional Office No. VIII (DENR-MGB RO NO. VIII) through the General Appropriation Act (GAA) for FY 2025 intends to apply the amount of Sixty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (PhP 62,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of the “Provision of Five (5) Pieces 2TB NVME SSD”.

2. DENR-MGB RO NO. VIII requires the Provision of Five (5) Pieces 2TB NVME SSD with the following specifications, to wit:

Form Factor - M.2 (2280)
Interface - PCle 4.0
Read/Write Speeds - 5,000MB/s-7,000MB/s

3. DENR-MGB RO NO. VIII hereinafter referred to as the “Procuring Entity” now invites for the submission of Price Quotation for the Provision of Five (5) Pieces 2TB NVME SSD.

4. The Procuring Entity will evaluate all the submitted quotation/s then a Notice of Award will be given to the Single/Lowest Calculated and Responsive Quotation (S/LCRQ).
