Description : INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATION

1. The Local Government Unit of Roxas, Palawan, through the 2025, Supplemental Budget #2 intends to apply the sum of SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 600,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the PROVISION OF FIREWORKS FOR THE HOLIDAY SEASON. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. Delivery should be done within 60 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.

3. Interested bidders/ suppliers may submit accomplished price quotations to the Bids and Awards Committee through its BAC Secretariat, LGU Roxas, Palawan, Palawan. The following requirements must be submitted together with the quotation: Mayor-s/ Business Permit, Philgeps Platinum Certification. Omnibus Sworn Statement shall be required to the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Quotation before the issuance of Purchase Order/ Contract. Prices shall be quoted in Philippine Peso.

4. The deadline for the submission of sealed bids/quotations will be on or before 2 o-clock in the afternoon of November 07, 2025.
